    Design

Case-specific CAD design prepared for your approval.

  2. 02

    Approve

Review the digital framework before production begins.

  3. 03

    SLM print

Co-Cr powder is fused layer by layer on Chamlion printers.

  4. 04

    Finish

AP10 plasma polishing and DLyte finishing create the final surface.

  5. 05

    Inspect

Every framework is checked against the approved design.

Case intake

01.1

Start with the scan.

Send files through your scanner portal or personal upload link. We work with the major dental file formats and organize the case for digital design.

CAD design

01.2

Geometry built for the mouth.

The design team develops retention, clasping, mesh, and support around the requirements of the individual case.

Client review

01.3

Approve before metal.

You see the complete digital framework before printing. Production begins only after the design is approved.

Technical record

Every case begins with a purpose-built digital framework. We develop the mesh, retention, clasps, and support around your prescription, then send the design for approval before it enters production.

3D Printing

Selective laser melting

02.1

Metal, fused layer by layer.

Chamlion SLM printers build the approved framework directly in cobalt-chrome powder without wax patterns, investment, or casting.

Repeatable production

02.2

The file controls the result.

A digital manufacturing path keeps the geometry tied to the approved design and makes repeat cases more predictable.

Build plate

02.3

Several cases. One controlled cycle.

Frameworks are nested on the build plate, printed under monitored conditions, then separated for finishing and inspection.

Technical record

High-resolution metal printing using advanced SLM (Selective Laser Melting) technology. Our Chamlion printers produce frameworks with exceptional accuracy and consistency, ensuring reliable results case after case.

Post-Processing

After printing, each framework is separated, cleaned, plasma-polished, finished, and inspected. The result is a smooth, consistent surface prepared for your final prosthetic workflow.
